Result AN ORDINANCE
An ordinance repealing an ordinance passed by
the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, July 16,
1919,•levying a tax for the assessment of property on
Garfield Avenue between Fifteenth East and Sixteenth East
Streets, in Sewer District No. 1 (Sewer Extension No. 384)
for the construction of a sewer and repealing an ordinance
passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
July 29, 1919, confirming said assessment.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of
Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION I. It appearing to the Board of Com-
missioners that an ordinance heretofore passed by the
Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, July 16,
1919, levying a tax for the assessment of property an
Garfield Avenue, between Fifteenth East and Sixteenth
East Streets, in Sewer District No. 1, (Sewer Extension
No. 384), for the construction of a sewer contains a
defect and an inadequate description of the property
sought to be assessed for said improvement, and for that
reason that said assessment is void and of no effect,
said ordinance is hereby repealed and the said tax
sought to be levied as aforesaid set aside and declared

of no effect.
SECTION II. That the ordinance confirming the asses-
sment on property abutting on Garfield Avenue, between Fifteenth
East and Sixteenth East Streets, in Sewer District No. 1,
(Sewer Extension No. 384), for the construction of sewer is
hereby repealed.
8 CTION III. This ordinance shall talte effect one day
after its first publication.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
