SECTION I. That the bard of Commissioners of Uelt Lake
does hereby levy the tax and ;provide for the assessment of
the same upon the property hereinafter descrieei in baring Dis-
trict So. 52 (Curb &nd cutter Extension No. 60) for the purpose
of providing for the ,:ra.iin ', constructing concrete curb and gut-
ter, drainage system, private driveways and oiled gravel surface
two inches thick, to-wit:

This tax is levied to defray the expense of grading,

driveways and oiled gravel surface two inches thick, said roadway
to be thirty (30) feet between curbs with twenty-four (2d) inch
gutter on both sides of cherman '.venue from 11th last to 12th Das

from 4th to 5th Nast streets, and on Everson '.venue from 10th to
