AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF alley or pedestrian
way in Blk. 5 of East Park Sub. of Blk. 18, 5-Acre Plat "A", Big
Field Survey, Salt Lake City, Utah.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt
Lake City, Utah:
SECTION I. That that portion of an alley located in Blk.
5 of East Park Sub. of Blk. 18, 5-Acre Plat "A", Big Field Survey,
Salt Lake City, Utah, and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 40,
Blk. 5, East Park Sub. of Blk. 18, 5-Acre Plat "A",
Big Field Survey, thence South 112.5 ft., thence
west 2 ft., thence north 112.5 ft., thence east
2 ft. to the place of beginning, being a 2 foot
strip abutting Lots 41, 42, 43, 44 and the north
12.5 ft. of Lot 45 of aforesaid subdivision.
Be and the same is hereby vacated and declared no longer to be a
public alley, street or pedestrian way.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty-one
days after its first publication.
