BeIL it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake 4:7 . City, Utah: °i SECTION 1. That that part of East Capitol Street, being a .f.- 10-foot strip of said street along the south side thereof and east of State Street in Salt Lake City, Utah, more particularly described as follows; Beginning at a point 35 ft. east and 35 ft. south of the City Monument at the intersection of 1st North and State Street, thence north 10 ft., thence East 89.84 ft., thence around a curve to the left, Bad. 97 ft. a. distance of 49.10 ft., thence S. 29° East 10 ft., thence southwesterly around a curve to the right, Bad. 107 ft., a distance of 54.16 it., thence West 89.87 ft. to the place of beginning; be and the same is hereby vacated and declared no longer to be pub- lic property for use as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian way. Said vacation is made expressly subject to a perpetual easement in Salt Lake City for the maintenance, repair, or replace- ment of any water or sewer mains that may exist, or extensions thereof, and to any rights of way or easements heretofore granted by Salt Lake City by franchise, for maintaining, repairing, altering or replacing any and all gas mains, gasrline pipe lines, water pipe lines or extensions thereof, or any public utilities now existing in vacated portion of said street. ?
