AN ORDINANCE VACAT1:r.`G AN ALLEY running north and south
from Talisman Drive to 9th North Street between Colorado Street
and 13th West Street in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt
Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That an alley running north and south from
Talisman Drive to 9th North Street between Colorado Street and 13th

v i West Street in Salt Lake City, Utah, more particularly described as
follows:

Beginning at the southwest corner Of Lot 1, Bock 6,
Cone & Roberts Addition, a-subdivision of ;art of Sections
26 and 27, T. 1 N., R. 1 W , S. L. B. .& N.;, running theeee North
b — 10b7.5 feet to the northwe6t, corner of Lot-12, Block 21,
Oakley, a subdivision of part of Sections 26, 27, 34 and
35, T. 1 N., R 1 W., S. L. B. & I,7.; thence West 17 feet
to the northeast corner of Lot 13, Block 21, said Oakley
Subdivision; thence South 1087.5 feet to the southeast
corner of Lot 2, Block 6, said Cone & Roberts Addition;
thence east 17 feet to the ppint of beginning;
be and the same is hereby vacated and declared no longer to be pub-
' lic property for use as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian way.
Said vacation is made expressly subject to all existing
rights of way of any and every description now located in, on, under
or over the confines of the above described property and also subject
to the right of entry thereon for the purpose of inspecting, maintain-
ing, repairing, replacing, removing, altering, or rerouting said
utilities and all of them.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners,
it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants
of Salt Lake City that this ordinance shall become effective immediate-
ly.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall t ..e on
