AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Section 49-3-25, of the Revised Ordinances
of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1955, relating to the water meter rates.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1 . That Section 49-3-25 of the Revised Ordinances of
Salt Lake City, Utah, 1955, relating to water meter rates, be, and the
same hereby is, amended by deleting from said section the following
sentence:
"Public schools shall pay the above rates less a discount
of 25 per cent."
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 6th day of March , 1962.
