AN ORDINANCE AMENDING the "Wage and Salary Administration Program
.for Salt Lake City Corporation Employees", dated May 3, 1974, as
adopted by Bill No. 108 of 1974, amending Section 25-4-5 of the Revised
Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, by adding to the non-civil;,
service classification of Managerial and Professional: employees, th'e
of
position/Plan Examiner in the Department of Streets and Public'Improve-
ments, in Pay Class 22.
Be it ordained, by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City; '
Utah:
SECTION 1. That the "Wage and Salary Administration Program
for Salt Lake City Corporation Employees" dated May 4, 1974, as
adopted by Bill 108 of 1974, amending Section 25-4-5 of the Revised
Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, be, and the same hereby is
amended by adding thereto the non-civil service position of Plan
Examiner in the Department of Streets and Public Improvements, Pay Class
22, under the title covering "Managerial and Professional" employees.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners of
Salt Lake City, it is necessary to the peace, health and welfare of
the inhabitants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance become effective
immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first
publication.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 27th day of February 19/
