AN ORDINANCE AMENDING the "Wage and Salary Administration
Program for Salt Lake City Corporation Employees", as adopted by
Bill No. 66 of 1975, amending Section 25-4-6 of the Revised
Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, by changing the pay
classification of Water Distribution Serviceman II from Pay Class
111 to Pay Class 112, Udder the title covering Operations and
Maintenance.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That the "Wage and Salary Administration Program
for Salt Lake City Corporation Employees", as adopted by Bill No.
66 of 1975, amending Section 25-4-6 of the Revised Ordinances of
Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, be, and the same hereby is, amended
by changing the pay classification of the position of Water Dis-
tribution Serviceman II, under the title covering Operations and
Maintenance employees, from Pay Class 111 to Pay Class 112.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners of
Salt Lake City it is necessary to the peace, health and welfare
of the inhabitants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance become
effective February 16, 1976.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first
publication.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 18th day of February, 1976.
