AN ORDINANCE .
An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property herein-
after described on all streets within the district lying between the
center line of Third South Street and the center line of Ninth South
Street, and the west line of Third West Street and the Jordan River;
and between the south side of Second South Street and the center line
of Third South Street, and the west side of Ninth West Street and the
Jordan River; also on both sides of Jefferson Street from Ninth gout.
Street to Mead Avenue, in Sidewalk Districts Nos. 5, 15, 20, 21, 31,
40 and 41, for the oonstruotion of oersent sidewalks.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by the City Treasurer
as oorreoted, approved and completed by the Board of Equalization an.
Review, heretofore duly appointed by the City Council for that pur-
pose, of the property in Lots 1 to 28, inclusive, Martin's Subdivisio.•, 1
Block 33; 1 and 2, Block 32; 2 to 13, inclusive, Block 6; 1, and 4 to
38, inclusive, Block 7; 1 to 30, inclusive, Block 8, City Park Sub-
division, Block 29; 1 to 30, inclusive, Block 9; 1 and 2, and 29 and
30, Block 10, City Park Subdivision, Block 28; 1 to 29, inclusive,
Block 2; 1 and 2, Block 1, City Park Subdivision, Block 21; 5 to 20,
inclusive, Block 4; 1 to 22, inclusive, Block 5, City Park Subdivi-

for the purpose of constructing cement sidewalks upon said portions
of said streets, is hereby confirmed, and the assessments made and
returned in said completed lists are hereby confirmed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
