An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property herein-
after described on all streets within the district bounded on the
north by the north line of Fifth South Street, on the east by the west
line of East Temple Street, on the south by the center line of Ninth
South Street, and on the west by the west line or Second. 'nest Street,

in Sewer District No. 2, for the construction of sewers.
,.Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, L'tcih:
iaCTIODT 1. That the assessment list made by the City Treasurer
as oorrected approved and oompleted by the Board of Equalization and

Review, heretofore duly appointed by the City Council for that pur-
pose, of the property in Lots 4 and 5, Block 14; and 5, 6, 7 and 8,
Block 4, all in Plat "A", Salt Lake City Survey, abutting on the east
side of First West Street between Seventh South 5taaat and Eighth
South Streets, and on the south side of Eighth South Street between
Nest Temple and First Nest Streets, in Sewer District No. 2, fax of
Salt Lake City, for the purpose o f constructing sewers upon said. por-
tions of said streets, is hereby confirmed., and the assessments made
and returned in said completed lists are hereby confirmed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
