BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF SALT LAKE CITY,UTAH:
Section 1. That portion of Section 1, of "An ordinance amending
an ordinance in relation to Salt Lake City Waterworks", approved Septem-
ber 24", 1900, fixing meter rates for the consumption of water, be and the
same is hereby amended to read as follows:

Section 2. Water meters may be put in at the water taker's ex-
penile wherever considered necessary. Consumers must keep meters from
freezing and surroundings clear and clean. The minimum monthly earning
must be 35 cents.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in force from and after its
approval.
