nances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1944, by amending paragr'a,th (a)
thereof, relating to taxicabs::
Le it ordained by the Board of Comlidssioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 5925 of the Revised Ordinances
of Salt bake City, Utah, 1944,, relating to taxicabs, be and the same
is hereby amended by .amending paragraph (a) t .ereof to read as fel-
l (a) Le of the age of of years or over; an American
citizen or have declared his intention to become such
citizen.'
SECTION 2 . In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners,
it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants
of Salt Lake City that this ordinance become effective ine ediately.
