AN ORDINANCE Result AN ORDINANCE VACATING alley between Padley Street and 23rd East Street and running from Sunnyside Avenue to 9th South Street, in Salt Lake City, Utah. Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That alley between Padley Street and 23rd East Street and running from Sunnyside Avenue to 9th South Street, in Salt Lake City, Utah, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 1, Block 29, Park Crescent Subdivision of part of Block 26,5-Acre Plat 'CI, Big Field Survey, and part of Section 10 - T. 1 S., R. 1 E., S. L. B. & M., thence north 333 feet more or less to the south line of Sunnyside Avenue, thence west 18 feet along said south line of Sunnyside Avenue, thence south 333 feet more or less to the southeast corner of Lot 2L, aforesaid Block 29, Park Crescent Subdivision, thence east 18 feet to the place of beginning; he and the same is hereby vacated and declared no longer to be public property for use as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian way. Said vacation is made expressly subject to all existing rights of way and easements of all public utilities of any and every description now located in, on, under or over the confines of the above described property and also subject to the right of entry thereon for the purpose of inspecting, maintaining, repair- ing, replacing, removing, altering or rerouting said utilities and all of them. SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commission- ers, it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the in- habitants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance shall become ef- fective immediately. SECTION 3.
