Mr. Chairman . . �/ J'YJ AN ORDINANCE Result AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION of 4th West Street between 6th and 7th South Streets in Salt Lake City, Utah. Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That a portion of Lth West Street between 6th and 7th South Streets in Salt Lake City, Utah, more particu- Y larly described as follows; Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 1, Block 27, ' , '''-' Plat 'At, Sa].t Lake City Survey; running thence East 9.67 feet; thence North 660 feet; thence West 8.97 feet to the northeast corner of Lot 6, said Block 27; thence South J -4 660 feet to the point of beginning; ' ' ;r Z, be and the same is hereby vacated and declared no longer to be public property for use as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian ` i t way. Said vacation is made expressly subject to all existing I rights of way and easements of all public utilities of any and every description now located in, on, under or over the confines of the above described property and also subject to the right of entry thereon for the purpose of inspecting, maintaining, repairing, re- placing, removing, altering or rerouting said utilities and all of them. SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners, it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance shall become effective immedi- ately.
