That a portion of the north side of 17th South, west of u1 ON 17th East Street, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point in the north line of 17th South; said point being 4.95 feet north from the original southwest corner of Lot $, Block 12, F. M. Lyman Jr's Survey of Section 16, T1S, R1E, SLB&M; running thence N. 89° 59' 39" E. 232.50 feet; ti thence S. 76° llt 06" W. 8.80 feet; thence S. .89° 59' 39" W. 223.96 feet; thence north 2.1 feet to the point of beginning; to be and the same is hereby vacated and declared no longer to be public pro- m g perty for use as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian way.
