Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1, That a portion of Goshen Street and the adjoining alley, more particularly described as follows, be, and the same hereby is, vacated and declared no longer to be public property for use as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian way: Goshen Street: Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 18, Block 3, Butte Subdivision, a subdivision of Block 17 and part of Lots 1 and 8 and all of Lots 2, 3, 4 and 5, Block 16, Plat "C", Salt Lake City Survey; and running thence North 155.74 feet to the North- east corner of Lot 23, Block 3, Butte Subdivision; thence North 75°17'30" East 68.24 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot 38, Block 2, Butte Subdivision; thence South 178.06 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 32, Block 2, Butte Subdivision; thence West 66 feet to the point of beginning. Alley: Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 1, Block 3, Butte Subdivision, a subdivision of Block 17 and part of Lots 1 and 8 and all of Lots 2, 3, 4 and 5, Block 16, Plat "C", Salt Lake City Survey; and running thence West 352.1 feet to the North- west corner of Lot 15, Block 3, Butte Subdivision; thence North 35°43'30" East 18.47 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 24, Block 3, Butte Subdivision; thence East 341.31 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot 18, Block 3, Butte Subdivision; thence South 15 feet to the point of beginning. Said vacation is made expressly subject to all existing rights of way and easements of all public utilities of any and every description now located in, on, under or over the confines of the above described property, and also subject to the rights of entry thereon for the 21 -2- purpose of maintaining, repairing, replacing, removing, altering or rerouting said utilities and all of them.
