Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That Sec. 2-2-25 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to tie-down fees, be, and the same hereby is, amended to read as follows: A. Monthly tie-down fees.for airport based aircraft. 1. General aviation aircraft $15.00 2. 2-engine transport type aircraft 25.00 3. 4-engine transport type aircraft 50.00 B. Transient tie-down fees. 1. Per day. (a) Single engine 2.00 (b) Twin engine 4.00 (c) Corporate jet or 4-engine aircraft 10.00 2. Per week. (a) Single engine 10.00 (b) Twin engine 20.00 (c) Corporate jet or 4-engine aircraft 50.00 3. Per month. (a) Single engine 30.00 (b) Twin engine 60.00 (c) Corporate jet or 4-engine aircraft 150.00 For the purposes of this Section general aviation aircraft shall include all aircraft with total weights of less than 12,500 pounds, and transport type aircraft shall include all aircraft with total weights of 12,500 pounds or more. SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake city, Utah, it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance become effective imme- diately. 21 SECTION 3.
