AN ORDINANCE REPEALING BILL NO. 125 of 1972, and AMENDING Subsection
2 of Schedule 14-a of the Traffic Code of Salt Lake City, relating to
forty-five degree angle parking.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That Bill No. 125 of 1972, relating to forty-five
degree angle parking on 7th South Street, be, and the same hereby is,
REPEALED.
SECTION 2. That Subsection (2) of Schedule 14-a, referred to in
Section 123 of the Traffic Code of Salt Lake City, relating to forty-
five degree angle parking, be, and the same hereby is, amended to read
as follows:
Seventh South Street, both sides, between 500 West and
700 West Streets.
SECTION 3. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners of Salt
Lake City, it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabi-
tants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance become effective immediately.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first pub-
lication.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 15th day of March, 1973.
