An ordinance anending and re-enacting Section 317 of the revised

Be it ordained by the City Council of ::alt Lake City Utah-;

. Section I.; That section 317 of The Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City

of 1903 beoand the same hereby is amended and re-enacted so as to read
as follows-;
S SECTION 317-;Amounts to be Paid for Licenses--The following aosJ,onnts
shall be and are hereby established as the quarterly charge for Lisences
under the provisions of this ordinance,to wit-;
AS a•manufacturer - - $IbO.O0
As a retail Dealer -- --- $300.00
As a Wholesale Dealer(exclusively) -'r-4 $I00.00>•
'1 .As a Druggist-in the district bounded on the west,by west temple Stx,
on the north,by South Temple Strson the east,by State Strand on the
south by third South Street $100.00
As Druggist outside of said district ---- $50.00
All said sums shall be payable strictly in advance;providcd,that in no cas[
shall any payment made or licence issued entitle the Llsencee,to
conduct more than one place of business thereunder.
Section 2-;All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith,ae
are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 3-; This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
