f II ii AN ORDINANCE . it An ordinance amending and re—enacting Section 107 of the Revised 11 • Ordinances of Salt Lake City of 1903. BeII it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That Section 107 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City of 1903, be, and the same is hereby anended and re—enacted !Iso as to read as follows:SECTION 107. NUMBERS FOR HOUSES. It shall be unlawful fort ill I any person to erect a house or building on any street, lane or j and occupy the same or permit the same to he occupied alley within the limits of Salt Lake City without first apply- ing to the City Engineer for the correct street number for such i II house or building, and paying said officer the sum hereafter_ men tiphes_ Ar aaoerti ,pat},therefor; er within thirty days af$e 1j such number is obtained from said pffieer, to fail to cause a i 1 II painted, carved or oast duplicate of such number to be placed inl I I 1 a conspicuous position upon the front of such house or building 1 11 in a permanent and durable manner; upon such application being I 1 . made to such officer, he shall issue a certificate giving the I correct street number, for said house or building, for which he 1 li shall charge and receive the sum of twenty—five cents. il SECTION 2. All ordinances and resolutions or parts of ordinance li land resolutions in conflict herewith, are hereby repealed to the ex- tent of such conflict. !I SECTION 3.
