.11N ORDINANCE 2li:1IITDING Section 2014 of the Revised. Ordi-
nances of Salt.,Lake City, 1920, relating to water rates;
Be it enketed by the Board of Coamiswioners of ;Salt
Lake City, Utah:
iECTION I. 'Chat Section 2014 of the Revised Ordinances
of Salt Lake City, 1920, relating to water rates, be and it is
hereby amended by adding thereto,after the table of rates contain-
ed in said. section, .a proviso to read as follows:
Provided., that the minimum charge for dwellings
occupied by one family shall be Six Dollar's ( ;>G.00)
per year unless installations and water service are
paid for according to the foregoing schedule in ex-
cess of that amount.
SECTION ordinance shall take effect thirty
days after its first publication.
Passed by the board of Commissioners of SaltSake City, Utah,
