AN ORDINANCE
Result
AN ORDINANCE LEVYING .t TAX and for the assessment of
property in Paving District No. 32 (Paving Extension No. 211)
for the purpose of installing water services and sewer connections
to back of curb and paving;Princeton Avenue from Laird Avenue to
15th :East Street, Laird Avenue from 13th East Street to 779 feet
east and 14th East Street from 25 feet south of Harvard Avenue to
Princeton Avenue.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt
Lake City, Utah:
SECTION I. That the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City does hereby levy the tax and provide for the assessment of the
same upon the property hereinafter described in Paving District No.
32'(Paving Extension No. 211) for the purpose of installing water
services and sewer connections to back of curb and paving with
Portland cement concrete thereof, to-wit:
Lots 20 to 33 incl, of 31k. 1; Lots 1 to 25 incl.
of Elk. 2; Lots 1 and 14 to 27 incl. of Elk. 3; Lots 1 to
12 incl. of Blk. 5; Normandie Heights Subdivision of Elk.
30, 5-Acre Plat "Cr'; also Lot 19 of Elk. 30, 5-Acre Plat
"C"; Rig Field Survey; abutting on both sides of Princeton
Ave. from Laird Ave. to 15th East Street; Laird Ave. from
13th East Street to 779 ft. east; and 14th East Street from
25 ft. south of Harvard .Ave. to Princeton Ave., in Salt Lake
City, Utah.
This tax is levied to _aefray the expense of installing
water services and swwer connections to back of curb and paving

assessed at an equal and uniform rate in accordance with the line r

SECTION 2. That the assessment list made by the City
' Treasurer, as corrected, approved and completed by the Board of
Equalization and Review of the property described in Section I ofj
this ordinance in Paving extension No. 211, of Salt Lake City,
' for the purpose of installing water services and sewer connections
to back of curb and paving with Portland cement concrete thereof,
is hereby confirmed, and the assessments made and returned in
said completed lists, and the report of the Board of Bqualixation
and Review to the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City are 1
hereby ratified, approved end confirmed.
SECTION 3. Said tax shall be payable in ten equal year-'
ly installments as provided by law and ordinance with interest
on the whole sum unpaid at the rate of six per cent oer annum, 1
1 payable at the time each installment is due. In the event any
installment or the interest aforesaid is not paid on the day the
1 same becomes due, the whole amount of the special tax unpaid at
the time said installment and interest are due, shall become due.

cent per annum until the sale of the property assessed.
