WHEREAS, on the 22nd day of April, 1954, there was filed
with the City Recorder of Salt Lake City, Petition No. 352 by David B.
o Ashton and The Presiding Bishop of the L.D.S. Church (being a majority

as provided in such cases, together with a certified copy of this
ordinance.
SECTION 3. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners,
it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants
of Salt Lake City that this ordinance shall become effective
immediately.
