Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah. SECTION 1. That a portion of Downington Avenue between 12th East and Emigration Creek, more particularly described as follows; Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 6, Block 2, Perkins Grand Viev/Addition,. a subidivision of part of Block 1-A, 5 Acre as Plat A, B. F. Survey; running thence west 172'"feet to the north- , o m west corner of Lot 8, said Block 2; thence northerly along east men bank of Emigration Creek 16 feet more or less; thence east 172 o o-n feet, more or less; thence south 16 feet to point of beginning o +' ^ Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 5, Block 2, Perkins `nq Grand View Addition, a subdivision of part of Block 1-A, 5 Acre Plat A, B.
