AN ORDINANCE AMENDING that portion of Section 18-1-9 of the Revised
Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1955, relating to the salaries of Senior
and Junior Bacteriologists within the Health Department.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION lr That that portion of Section 18-1-9 of the Revised Ordinances
. of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1955, relating to the salaries of Senior and Junior
Bacteriologists within the Health Department, be, and the same hereby is,
amended to read as follows:
"Sec. 18-1-9. Organization and Salaries.

"Sr. Bacteriologist $494.00 $518.00 $544.00 $570.00 $599.00
"Jr. Bacteriologist $425.00 $450.00
„(c) * * *
"Sr. Bacteriologist - from and after ten years and fifteen years and
twenty years of satisfactory service as Sr. Bacteriologist - $614.00
and $629.00 and $644.00, respectively.
"Provided further that Bacteriologists with Masterts Degrees are
eligible for $30.00 per annum additional pay differential in each
classification."
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, this 20th
day of April, 1965.
