AN ORDINANCE VACATING a portion of "M" Street which is located south of IOth Avenue. Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That that portion of "M" Street located south of 10th Avenue, more particularly described as follows, be, and the same hereby is, vacated and declared no longer to be public property for use as a street, alley, avenue or pedestrian way: Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 13, Grandview Subdivision of Block 139, Plat "D", Salt Lake City Survey; thence S. 0°00'24" East 102.08 feet along the west property line of "M" Street, to a point on a curve; thence easterly along the arc of a 50.00 foot radius curve to the right, tangent to which bears North 73°25'02" East, a distance of 123.34 feet to a point of reverse curve; thence southerly along the arc of a 30.00 foot L - ' radius curve to the left, tangent to which bears S. 441°45'16" West, a distance of 18.20 feet; thence S. 0° 00,'24" East 134.39 feet; thence N. 89°59'36" East 32.83 feet to the southwest corner of Lot 2, Block 140, Plat "D", Salt Lake City Survey; thence N. 0°00'24" West 330.00 feet along the west line of said Block 140; thence S., 89°59'36" West 82.83 feet to the point of beginning.
