AN ORDINANCE .
An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property herein-
after described on West Temple Street between Fifth South and Ninth
South Streets; and on Fifth South Street between Main and First West
! Streets, is Paving District ro. 28, for the purpose of providing for

dthe,grading, guttering and curbing, and paving thereof.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:

SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by the City Treasurer ,
arorrected, approved and completed by the Board of Equalizatioeand

.view, heretofore duly appointed by the City Council for thatviit7
pose, of the property in Lots 6, 6, 7 and 8, Block 32;:2, 3, 4, 4 .and
6, Block 33; 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block 40, all in Plat "A";;Salt Lake Cit.
Survey, abutting on the south side of Fifth South Street between Main
and First West Streets; on the north side of Fifth South Street be-
tween Main and West Temple Streets; and on the east side of West Temple
Street between Fifth South and Sixth South Streets, in Paving Distric
No. 28, of Salt Lake City, for the purpose of providing)for the grad-
ing, guttering and curbing, and paving of said portions of said
streets, is hereby confirmed, and the assessments made and returned
in said completed lists are hereby confirmed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect u n approval.
