An ordinance confirrin; the a ,sessrnt upon the property herein-
after described within the ditrict bounced on the north by Second
South Street, on the east by the U. S. Reservation line, on the south
by Fifth South Street, and on the west cy Tenth East Street, in
Sewer District Do. 1, for the construction of sewers.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah;
SECTION 1. That the assessment list male by the City Treasurer
!as corrected, npproved. and completed by the Board of Equalization and
Review, heretofore duly appointed by the City Council for that pur-
• pose, of the property in Lots 2, 3, 6 and 7, Block 27, flat "F", Salt
Lake City Survey, abuttinC on both niia5 of ',iendell Court, between
Second South and. Third South Streets, in Sewer District No. 1, of
Salt Leke City, for the purpose of constructing a sewer upon said
portion of said street, is hereby confirmed, and tile assessuonts made
and returned. in said completed lists are hereby confirmed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
