An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property
hereinafter described in the territory included between the center
line of Fifth South Street and the center line of Ninth South
Street, and from the Best property line of Ninth East Street to
the Reservation, in Sewer District go. 1, for the construction of
sewers.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by the City Treas-
urer, as corrected, approved and completed by the Board of Commis-
sioner: of Salt Lake City, sitting as a board of equalization and
review, of the property in Lots 5 and 6, Block 9; 2, 3, 4 end 6,
Block 10; 1 to 9, inclusive, Robinson Subdivision of Block 10; 1,
2, 3, 4, 5 and 8, Block 11; 1 to 13, inclusive, Block 2; 1 to 13,
inclusive, Block 1, Sylvan Park Subdivision of Block 11; 6, Block
12; 20 to 25„ inclusive, Sunset View Subdivision of Block 12; 6
and 7, Block 14; 1, and 19 to 25, inclusive, Douglas Place subdi-
vision of Block 14; 1, 2, 4, b, 6, 7 End 8, Block 15; 2 and 5,
Block 16; and in Section 4, Township 1 north, Range 1 east, sll in
Plat "F", Salt Lake City Survey, abutting on the south side of
Sixth South Street between Eleventh East Street and the Reserva-
tion; on the north side of Sixth South Street between Twelfth East
Street and the Reservation; on both sides of Twelfth East Street
between Fifth South and Seventh South Streets; on the north side
of Seventh South Street between Eleventh East and Twelfth East
Streets; on the west side of Eleventh East Street between Sixth
South and Seventh South Streets; on the south side of Fifth South
Street between Twelfth East Street and the Reservation; on both
sides of Elizabeth Street between Sixth South End `:seventh South
Streets; and on both sides of Douglas Street between Fifth South
and Sixth South Streets, in Sewer District No. 1, of Salt Lake
City, for the purpose of constructing sewers upon said portions'

of said streets, is hereby confirmed, and the assessments made an.
returned in said completed lists are hereby confirmed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect one day after
its first publication.
