Mr. Chairman__Result AN ORDINANCE
An ordinance confirming the assessment Upon the property
hereinafter described on Lowell Avenue from Tenth East Street
east one-half block, in Sewer District No. 1 (Sewer Extension
No. 364), for the construction of a sewer.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by the City
Treasurer, as corrected, approved and completed by the Board
of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, sitting as a board of
equalization and review, of the property in Lots 3, 4, 5 and 6,
Block 5, Plat "F", Salt Lake City Survey, abutting on both
sides of Lowell Avenue from Tenth East Street east one-half
block, in Sewer District No. 1, of Salt Lake City, for the
purpose of constructing a sewer upon said portions of said
street, is hereby confirmed, and the assessments made and
returned in said completed lists are hereby confirmed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect one day
after its first publication.

Passed by the Board of Commissioner of Salt Lake City,
Utah, May 13th , 1919.
