AN ORDINANCE RATIFYING AND COAIIidi1ING THE ACTION OF
the Mayor, City Recorder and City Auditor in executing and regis-
tering on August 9, 1934, Three Hundred 'Thousand ($300,000.00)
Dollars of 'Iex Anticipation Bonds of xalt Lake City, Utah,
dated august 10, 1934.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt
Lase (ity, Utah:
SECTION I. That the action of the Mayor, Cly Recorder
and City Auditor in executing and registering on August 9,
1934, Three Hundred 'Thousand W300,000.00) Dollars Tax Anticipa-
tion Bonds of Salt Lake City, Utah, dated hugust 10, 1934, and
duly authorized to be issued, executed and registered by ordinance
adopted august 17, 1934, be and the same hereby is ratified and
confirmed and said bonds so executed and registered. on August

CV. 9th, 1934, are hereby declared to be the bonds authorized by
the aforesaid ordinance.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commission-
ers, it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the
inhabitants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance become
effective immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall tnise effect upon its
• first publication. /
