AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 391 and 419 of the Revised
Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1934, relating to city Nuunu.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Sint Luke
City, Utah;
SECTION 1. `.That'Sections 391 and 419 of the Reviseu O,ui-
nances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1934, relating to city pound, ue
and the same are hereby amended to read as follows:
SEC. 391. SALARY. The city poundkeeper shall receive
a salary of $25.000 per month, payable monthly, as are the
salaries of other city officers.
SEC. 419. FEES. The poundkeeper shall cot.LCct mnu
retain the following fees for his services;
For impounding and posting up of notices the sum of
$2.50 per head for all animals impounded; for feeding of uni-
gg mals, $1.00 per day per animal; for conducting sale, $i.eu "
per animal sold; and the actual cost of any advertising re-
quired by ordinance to be made by the poundkeeper ini.e
course of his duties as such poundkeeper.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Conenissiuners,
it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhauiudnus
of Salt Lake City that this ordinance become effective immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall to effect a its .i'irst
