AN ORDINANCE Result AN ORDINANCE VACATING a portion of 'U' Street abut- ting on Lot 16, Virginia Heights, Plat 'A', in Salt Lake City, Utah. ' Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That that portion of 'U' Street abutting on Lot 16, Virginia Heights, Plat 'A', in Salt Lake City, Utah, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 16, Virginia Heights Plat 'A', a subdivision of a part of Lot 4, Section 33; T. 1 N., R. 1 E., S. L. B. & M., SEJ/4 of NE 1/4 of Section 32, T. 1 N., R. 1 E., S. L. B. & M., and Block 49, Plat 'G', Salt Lake City Survey, thence north 178.27 ft., thence west 20 ft., thence south 178.27 ft., thence east 20 ft. to the place of beginning; be and the same is hereby vacated and declared no longer to be pub- lic property for use as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian way. Said vacation is made expressly subject to all existing rights of way and easements of all public utilities of any and every description now located in, on, under or over the confines of the above described property and also subject to the right of entry thereon for the purpose of inspecting, maintaining, repairing, re- placing,removing, altering or rerouting said utilities and all of them.
