SECTION 1. That alley running east from Tenth West Street
between 4th and 5th North Streets, thence north to 5th North Street,

a u,in Salt Lake City, Utah, more particularly described as follows:
o Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 11, Block 2,
i r Home Subdivision, of Block 89, Plat 'Cs, Salt Lake City
m1 Survey; running thence East 152.5 feet, thence North 522.5
4-1 r5 feet to the northwest corner of Lot 32, said Block and Subdi-
vision; thence west 15 feet to the northeast corner of Lot
o 31, said Block and Subdivision; thence South 507.5 feet to

c> the southeast corner of Lot 12, said Block and Subdivision;
thence west 137.5 feet to the southwest corner of said Lot
12; thence South 15 feet to the point of beginning;
be and the same is hereby vacated and declared no longer to be public
property for use as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian way.
Said vacation is made expressly subject to all existing
rights of way and easements of all public utilities of any and every
description now located in, on, under or over the confines of the
above described property and also subject to the right of entry there-
on for the purpose of inspecting, maintaining, repairing, replacing,
removing, altering or rerouting said utilities and all of them.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners,
it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants of
Salt Lake City that this ordinance shall become effectj.ve immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take edt e£f upo its
