Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That Section 4601 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah 1944, as amended by ordinances passed by the Board of Commis- sioners on July 5, 1944; July 31, 1945; February 7, 1946; January 28, 1947; April 5, 1949; January 10, 1950; June 6, 1950; February 20, 1951; March 14, 1951; June 6, 1951 and March 18, 1952; relating to the Police Depart- ment, be and the same is hereby further amended to read as follows: "SECTION 4601. ORGANIZATION AND SALARIES.
