AN ORDINANCE VACATING a portion of 9th North Street, 7th West
Street from 8th to 9th North Streets, Culmer Street - 9th to 10th
North Streets, King Street - 9th to i0th North Street and Alleys in
Block 66, Kinney and Gourlay's Improved City Plat; all abutting pro-
perty owners having petitioned for the vacation.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1 . That those certain streets and alleys being a portion
of 9th North Street, 7th West Street from 8th to 9th North Streets,
roCulmer Street - 9th to 10th North Streets, King Street - 9th to 10th
o 0 North Street, and alleys in Block 66, Kinney and Gourley's Improved

Beginning at the Northeast Corner of Block 111 , Plat "C"
• Salt Lake City Survey; thence West 310 feet, thence

from the Southwest Corner of Lot 17, Block 66, Kinney and

property for use as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian way.
Said vacation is made expressly subject to all existing right-
of-way and easements of all public utilities of any and every description
now located in, on, under or over the confines of the above described
property; and also subject to the rights of entry thereon for the purpose
of inspecting, maintaining, repairing, replacing, removing, altering or
rerouting said utilities and all of them.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners, it is
necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants of Salt
Lake City that this ordinance become effective immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first
publication.
