AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Section 51-12-2 of the Revised Ordinances
of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to rezoning and fixing the
boundaries of Use District.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 51-12-2 of the Revised Ordinances of
Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to rezoning and fixing the boundaries
of Use District, be, and the same hereby is, amended as follows:
"The following described real property in Commercial "C-1"
Classification, as shown on the Use District Map, is hereby
changed to Commercial "C-3" classification and the Use District
Map is amended and changed accordingly.
Commencing at a point 266.2 feet north of the northeast
corner of Simpson Avenue and 7th East Street, said point
being the northwest corner of Lot 11, Block 11, Forest
Dale Subdivision; a part of Block 44, Ten Acre Plat "A"
Big Field Survey; thence north along theeast line of 7th
East Street 105 feet; thence east 155 feet; thence south
105 feet to the north line of the existing Commercial "C-3"
zone; thence west,along the north line of the existing ; „
Commercial "C-3" zone 155 feet to the point of beginning,
being more particularly described as all of Lots 12, 13, 14
and 15, and the south 5 feet of Lot 16, Block 11, Forest Dale
Subdivision.
"That said Use District Map is hereby changed and altered to
show the said above described tract of land from Commercial "C-1"
classification to Commercial "C-3" classification."
Pased by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this llth day of February, 1969.
