AN ORDINANCE AMENDING the "Wage and Salary Administration
Program for Salt Lake City Corporation Employees", as adopted by
Bill NO. 66 of 1975, amending 'gection 25-4-5 of the Revised
Ordinances of salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, by adding to the non-
. At,
civil service classificatidn a€"Kanagerial and Professional
employees, the position. of Worka's Compensation Coordinator,
under Pay Class 12.
Be it ordained by the Boar of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That the "Wage and Salary Administration Program
for Salt Lake City Corporation Employes" as adopted by Bill No. 66
of 1975, amending Section 25-4-5 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt
Lake City, Utah, 1965, be, and the same hereby is, amended by
adding thereto the non-civil service position of Workmen's Compensa-
tion Coordinator, Pay Class 12, under the title covering Managerial,
Professional, Clerical and Technical employees.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners of
Salt Lake City, it is necessary to the peace, health and welfare of
the inhabitants of Salt lake City that this ordinance become effective
immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first
publication.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, this
2nd day of March
