AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Section 18-1-9 of the Revised Ordinances
1955,
of Salt Lake City, Utah,/as amended by Bills No. 111 of 1959 and No. 20 of
1960, relating to the salaries to be paid to the Chief Sanitarian and
Director of Nursing within the Board of Health.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That those portions of Section 18-1-9 of the Revised
Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1955, as amended by Bills No. 111 of
1959 and 20 of 1960, relating to the salaries to be paid to the Chief
Sanitarian and Director of Nursing within the Board of Health, be, and
the same hereby are, amended to read as follows:
"Sec. 18-1-9. * * *

"Chief Sanitarian $590.00
" * * *
"Director of Nursing $550.00"
SECTION 2. The foregoing salaries shall be effective as of
January 15, 1960.
SECTION 3. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners, it is
necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants ofSalt Lake City,
Utah, that this ordinance become effective immediately.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first
publication.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 4th day of February , 1960.
