Lake City, Utah, J.955, as amended by Bill No. b0 of i959, relating to limits

Be it ordained by the Board of Coisili si.oners of Sa=t Lake City, Utah:
SECTION J.. 'Thai, Section 3-1-7 of the Revised Ordr.:ances of Salt Lake

"Section

The provisions of this ordinance snail not be applicable so
auction sales conducted by trustees or referees in bankoucccy,
oa.eddt,ors, administrators, rccei✓ers, or other public officers

perty at auction, nor shall i_, apply to any auction held for
chartable or benevolent process or for any cnurcn, fair,
festival, or baeaar, nor to an auction wherein the general
public ,.s not invited nor permitted to participate as
bidders, and whore tie bidairc is restricted to wholesalers
or retailers purchasinc; for resale."
SECTION In the opinion of c'n,e Board of Commiss`_oners, it Ls
necessary to ciao peace, health and safety of the inhabitants of Salt Lake
City, Utah, that this ordinance become effective immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first publication.
Passed by the hoard of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, this
6th day of April, 1961.
