AN ORD INANCE .
An ordinanoe confirming the assessment 'apex the property herein-
after described in the territory included between the center of Firstl
South and Fourth South Streets, and between Seoond West and the eexteir
of Fifth West Streets; also en the north side of Fourth South Street
between Fifth West and Eighth West Streets ix Sewer District No.

2, for the construction of sewers.
Je it ordained by the Oity Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by the City Treasurer
' as sorreoted, approw4 and completed by the Sward 0/Equalization and
Review, heretofore duly appointed by the<_City Canned for that pur-
pose of the property ix Leta 1, 2, 6, 7 and 8, Bleak 63; 1, 2, 3, 4,
6, 6, 7 and 8, Bleck 64, all in Plat "A",-Salt Lake City Survey,
! abutting on the west side of Fourth West Street between Second South
land Third South Streets; on the north side of Third South Street be-
itweex Fourth West and Fifth West Streets; on the south side of First
South Street between Fourth West and Fifth West Streets; on the north!
side'of Second South Street between Fourth West and Fifth West Strsetls;
and on the east side of Fifth West Street between First South and
Second South Streets, in Sewer District No. 2, of Salt Lake City, for
the purpose of constructing sewers upon said portions of said streets,
' is hereby confirmed. and the assessments made and returned in said
[ completed lists are hereby confirmed.

III SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
