AN ORDINANCE
Result
An ordinance amending Chapter 33 of the Revised Ordinances of
Salt Lake City of 1913, by adding after Section 846 of said chapter
a new section to be known as Section 846x, in regard to license for
the operation of automatic base ball machines.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 33 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt
Lake City of 1913 be, and the same is hereby amended by adding after
Section 846 of said chapter a new section to be known as Section
846x, in regard to license for the operation of automatic base ball
machines, said new section to read as follows:
SECTION 846x. It shall be unlawful for any person to
engage in the business of operating an automatic base ball
machine in this city, without first obtaining a license bo to
do. And upon application for such license, to pay into the
oity treasury the sum of $25.00 per annum for each automatic
base ball machine used.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect--- day after
