That alley running south from Sherman Avenue m cel to Harrison Avenue, approximately 125 feet west of 5-44 East Street o u4.3 in Salt Lake City, Utah, more particularly described as follows: o o Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 2, Washington P ace Addition, a subdivision of part of Block 13, 5 Acre Plat 'At, Big Field Survey; running thence South 240.50 feet to the southwest corner of Lot 9, said Block and Subdivision; thence West 10 feet to the south- east corner of Lot 10, said Block and Subdivision; thence North 240.50 feet to the northeast corner of Lot 54, said Block and Subdivision; thence East 10 feet to the point of beginning; be and the same is hereby vacated and declared no longer to be pub- lic property for use as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian way.
