Romney . . . ✓ -' AN ORDINANCE Mr.Chairman - i Result AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Schedule 14-a, referred to in Section 123 of the Traffic Code of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1955, relating to 45 degree angle parking. Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That Schedule 14-a, referred to in Section 123 of the Traffic Code of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1955, re- lating to 45 degree angle parking, be, and the same hereby is, amended to read as follows: rr(1) All streets or parts of streets within the Central Busi- ness District in excess of 50 feet in width, except 4th South Street from West Temple to 2nd East Street, and State Street from 4th South to 5th South Street, and the West side of Main Street from Post Office Place to 4th South, and the south side of 2nd South Street from Main Street west approximately 250 feet, and South Temple Street from Main Street to State Street, both sides, and both sides of 2nd East from South Temple to 4th South, and both sides of State Street from 3rd South to 4th South and Main Street, east side, from South Temple to North Temple." SECTION 2. in the opinion of the Board of Commissioners, it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance become effective immediately. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first publication.
