AN ORDINANCE

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING the "Recommended Wage and Salary
Administration Program for Salt Lake City Corporation Employees,"
prepared by the Citizens' Review Board, as adopted by an ordi-
nance amending Section 25-4-5 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt
Lake City, Utah, 1965, being Bill No. 40 of 1967, a copy of
which ,Wage and Salary Administration Program is on file in the
office of the City Recorder, by adding thereto the position of
Secretary III, and changing the classification of Chief Store-
keeper under the title covering "Clerical and Technical" employees.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City,HUtah:
SECTION 1. That the "Recommended Wage and Salary Adminis-
tratiion Program for Salt Lake City Corporation Employees,"
prepared by the Citizens' Review Board, as adopted by Bill No. 40
of 1967, amending Section 25-4-5 of the Revised Ordinances of
Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, a copy of which Wage and Salary
Administration Program is on file in the office of the City
Recorder, be, and the same hereby is amended by (1) adding thereto
the position of Secretary III, under Salary Range No. 12, with
a salary range of $450.00 to $564.00 per month, and (2) deleting
from Salary Range No. 10, under the title covering "Clerical and
Technical" employees, the position of "Chief Storekeeper" and
adding said position to Salary Range No. 11 therein, with a
salary range of $430.00 to $538.00 per month.

SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners
of Salt Lake City, Utah, it is necessary to the peace, health
and ,+elfare of the inhabitants of Salt Lake City that this
ordinance become effective immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
