AN ORDINANCE Result AN ORDINANCE VACATING alley 157 feet east of 2nd East Street and running south from Herbert Avenue in Salt Lake City, Utah. Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION I. That alley 157 feet east of 2nd East Street and running south from Herbert Avenue in Salt Lake City, Utah, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 9, Block 2, South Carolina Sub. of Block 21, 5 Acre Plat nA°, Big Field Survey, thence west 16 ft., thence south 254.3 ft., thence east 16 ft., thence north 254.3 ft. to the place of beginning; be and the same is hereby vacated and declared no longer to be public property for use as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian way. Said vacation is made expressly subject to all existing rights of way and easements of all public utilities of any and every description now located in, on, under or over the confines of the above described property and also subject to the right of entry thereon for the purpose of inspecting, maintaining, repairing, replac- ing, removing, altering or rerouting said utilities dnd all of them.
