AN ORDINANCE VACATING an alley running off 27th South Street
near Highland Drive, Salt Lake City, Utah.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That the'.alley running off 27th South Street near
Highland Drive, specifically at the Northwest. corner of Lot 6,
Highland Park Plat Subdivision, more particularly described as
follows, be, and the same hereby is, vacated and declared no longer
to be public property for use as'a street, avenue, alley or pedes-
trian way:
Beginning at the Northwest Corner of Lot 6, Highland
Park Plat "D" Subdivision of Block 46, 10 Acre Plat
"A", Big Field Survey, according to the Official ,' 7
Plat filed in Book A of Plats on Page 6, Records of
the Salt Lake County Recorder, and running thence
North 0° 00' 29" East 26.0 feet to the South line of Lot
9; thence North 89° 59' 47" West 44.0 feet to the South-
west Corner of Lot 8; thence South 0° 00' 29" West 26.0
feet to the Northwest Corner of Lot 7; thence South
89° 59' 47" East 44.0 feet to the point of beginning.
Contains .026 acres, more or less.
Said vacation is made expressly subject to all existing rights
of way and easements of all public utilities of any and every des-
cription now located on, in, under or over the confines of the above
described property, and also subject to the rights of entry thereon
for the purpose of maintaining, altering, repairing, replacing,
removing or rerouting said utilities and all of them.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 19th day of March, 1975.
