Result AN ORDINANCE
An ordinance repealing an ordinance entitled "An ordinance
repealing Sections 1166 to 1177, both inclusive, in Chapter 54,
Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City of 1913, relating to
special taxes and enacting in lieu thereof certain sections to
be known as Sections 1166, 1167, 1168, 1169, 1170, 1171, 1172,
1173, 1174, 1175, 1176, 1177, 1178, 1179, 1180, 1181, 1182, 1183,
1184, 1185, 1186, 1187, 1188, 1189 Land. 1190; passed by the Board
of Commissioners of Salt Lake City April 24, 1919.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That an ordinance entitled "An ordinance repeal-
ing Sections 1166 to 1177, both inclusive, in Chapter 54,
Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City of 1913, relating to special
taxes, and enacting in lieu thereof certain sections to be known
as Sections 1166, 1167, 1168, 1169, 1170, 1171, 1172, 1173, 1174,
1175, 1176, 1177, 1178, 1179, 1180, 1181, 1182, 1183, 1184, 1185,
1186, 1187, 1188, 1189 and 1190", passed by the Board of Commis-
sioners of Salt Lake City April 24, 1919, be, and the same is
hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners it
is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants
of said City that this ordinance become effective immediately

SECTION Z. This ordinance shall take effect upon its firs
publication.
