Result AN ORDINANCE
An ordinance repealing an ordinance providing for
and ordering a special election and submitting to the qualified
tax paying electors of Salt Lake City, Utah, at such special
election the question of incurring a bonded indebtedness in
the aggregate sum of 03,300,000.00 and issuing negotiable cou-
pon bonds therefor, passed by the Board of Commissioners of
Salt Lake City, Feb. 26, 1920 and known as Bill No. 22, publish-
ed February 27, 1920, together with an ordinance amendatory
thereto passed by the Board of Commissioners March 8, 1920,
and known as Bill No 21, published March 10, 1920.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt
Lake City, Utah:
SECTION I. That an ordinance providing for and or-
dering a special election and submitting to the qualified tax
paying electors of Salt Lake City, Utah, at such special
election the question of incurring a bonded indebtedness in
the aggregate sum of $3,300,000.00 and issuing negotiable
coupon bonds therefor, passed by the Board of Commissioners
February 26, 1920 and known as Bill No. 22, published February
27, 1920, together with an ordinance amendatory thereto,
passed by the Board of Commissioners March 8, 1920 and known
as Bill No. 24, published March 10, 1920, be, and the same
are hereby repealed.

SECTION II. In the opinion of the Board of Commissio
era, it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the in-
habitants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance become operative
immediately, and emergency is therefore hereby declared,
SECTION III. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force immediately upon its publication.
