Result AN ORDINANCE
AN ORDINANCE CONFIRMING the assessment upon the property
hereinafter described on Lincoln Street, Ramona Avenue to 260
feet south in Sewer District No. 1, (Sewer Extension No. 398), for
the purpose of constructing a sewer.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board. of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION I. That the assessment list made by the City
Treasurer, as corrected, approved and completed by the Board of Com-
missioners of Sal t Lake City, sitting as a Board of Equalization and
Review, of the property in Lot 5 of Block 1, Five Acre Plat A,
abutting on both sides of Lincoln Street, Ramona Avenue to 260 feet
South in Sewer District No. 1, (Sewer Extension No. 398) of Salt
Lake City, for the purpose of constructing a sewer upon said por-
tions of said street, is hereby confirmed., and the assessments made
and returned in said completed lists are hereby confirmed.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall take effect one day
after its first publication.
